Healthy eating- are you eating the best that you can given your current life situation? Exploring how diet and the foods we eat can support general health and longevity in the martial arts. Related, drinking water- most of us don’t drink enough, you have heard it and know it.
Physical fitness- being the best that you can be where you are right now. We all find ourselves entering the dojo at different point in life, but are on the same journey together- regarding personal fitness, start where you are and build from it. Working on flexibility, endurance, and building health to support your martial arts movement.
Walking- an important part of our taijutsu training is going for a walk in the open air and nature. Walking as a method of movement, fitness, and meditation. Are you walking enough?
