A few kyu kamae drills from class.
Another layer, and playing around with the outline as found in the ten ryaku no maki.
We start be working though the kamae- ichimonji, doko, hira, etc. getting as low as we can, with correct aliment of the knees, hips, and spine.
Go as low as you can, and outside of class, work on junan taiso, opening up the hips, and building strength in the lower back in order to support correct kamae.
Layer two now adds some movement.
Walking around, and moving into each kamae as fluidly and seamlessly as possible.
Paying attention to all directions- happo.
Now combine the two- low kamae, and fluid movement as you walk around the dojo.
