100 Day Martial Arts Training

Repeating a martial arts movement, the kihon, for 100 days.

A method to gain focus and movement without thinking.

For 100 days, 100 times a day, without missing a day, practice a basic movement of the martial arts.

Could be 100 sword cuts.

100 punches.

100 blocks.

Deceptively simple, 100 movements for 100 days- the movements *must* be as perfect as possible. If there is any break in the movements, or you miss a day, the 100 day counter gets reset.

A few points?

Think of it as moving meditation.

One does not have to go fast with the movement selected, pace yourself in terms of balance and timing for the entire 100 set for the day.
