Movement In The Martial Arts Workshop

This workshop explores the structure of moving the human body in alignment, balance, and unification for optimal performance.

Exploring the idea of moving with the mind and body in unison through practical exercises to raise awareness on how to move correctly- the understanding that a unified body moves at optimal speed, flexibility, flow, and balance, all important points in the martial arts.

This workshop is open to all regardless of experience or training in the martial arts or sport related disciplines, with the aim of immediately improving performance no matter where one is on the journey.
